2. Proof of transcripts from all institutions are required on the day of appointment
3. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
4. All applicants must present valid photo identification at the time of the appointment.

7. All applicants must pay the applicable fee for the Exams.
8.The current fee is $75 which allows individuals to schedule the exam appointment with a date.
