Key Responsibilities:
Assessment Development: Collaborate with other board members to develop, review, and refine examination content to align with current industry standards and best practices.
Ensure that examination questions reflect the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary for successful Justology practitioners.
Exam Administration Oversight: Participate in the planning and execution of exit exams, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

Engage in post-exam evaluations to identify trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for enhancement.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with educational institutions, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to promote understanding and support for the exit examination process.
Serve as a representative of the board in discussions, presentations, and outreach activities.
Professional Development: Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of advancements in assessment methodologies and best practices.
Share knowledge and experiences with fellow board members and stakeholders to foster a culture of learning and improvement.

Qualifications:
A strong background in Justology, legal studies, medical, education, or a related field.
Proven experience in assessment development, educational measurement, or curriculum design.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and integrity.
Previous experience as a member of a board or committee is preferred but not mandatory.
Commitment: Board members are expected to dedicate a specified number of hours each month to fulfill their responsibilities, including attending meetings, reviewing materials, and contributing to ongoing projects.
Compensation: This is a volunteer position; however, board members may have opportunities for professional development and networking within the Justology community.
